Unable to Deliver.

Unable to deliver orders: On occasion, orders are returned to us due to reasons such as an incorrect address, a PO Box or hotel address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, refusal to pay tax or provide ID copy, inability to make import declarations, or rejection of the parcel by the recipient. When a delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to us, we process a refund after deducting the original shipping fee, handling fee, and 15% of the product value as a restocking fee.
